Yes. It is required.
Because our practice requires instant messaging follow-ups via HIPPA-compliant chat you are required to have a smartphone to download the required app for chatting with your doctor. We do offer web support via our blue chat icon on the bottom right of our website but we cannot discuss medical matters in this chat.
You must be the owner of the smartphone used for care. You may not use the smartphone of a spouse, friend, or loved one.
